Creating Connections, One Home at a Time.

Alpine-raised, Utah-fluent. Jen Call guides families to the right home the way a great teacher guides a class — with patience, preparation, and no question left unanswered.

Meet Jen

A letter from the valley.

Jen Call, Realtor
Alpine-raised
Dear neighbor,

I grew up in Alpine, in the shadow of Lone Peak, and I’ve called corners of this state home ever since — which is a polite way of saying I know which streets ice over first in January and which trailheads are worth getting up early for.

Before real estate, I was an educator with Alpine School District. Teaching never really left me. It’s still how I work: patient, prepared, and convinced that no question is too small to deserve a good answer. If you want to know how a boundary map or a school program actually works, I’m your agent — I’ve stood on the other side of that classroom door.

When I’m not working, my family and I are skiing, hiking, or stretched out at Lake Powell. And because a community is only worth selling if you’re invested in it, I’ve spent years alongside Hope Squad, the 512 Foundation, and Lifting Hands in American Fork, helping make these towns places our families want to be.

If we work together, you won’t be a transaction to me. My favorite clients call me years later — about a home, a neighbor, or nothing in particular. I’d be thrilled if that ends up being you, your friends, and your family.

Call me anytime — I’ll be here for you.

The Story of a Home

Every home has a story.

Bought & sold with Jen

Bought with Jen. Sold with Jen.

Jen helped Lori find her Alpine valley home — then, years later, sold that same front door. No agent interview the second time around. The full circle is the review.

“Jen has now both helped me buy and sell my lovely Alpine valley home. Her attention to every detail was phenomenal! Jen ranks #1 over all the past real estate professionals I have worked with. She is simply the best!!”
Lori P.
Their 4th transaction · 30 years of deals

Thirty years of agents. One keeper.

Three decades of real estate transactions, an agent for every one — and when it came time to sell, Jim called Jen for the fourth time. Not a first impression; a standing verdict.

“This is the fourth time Jen has represented us as an agent — this time on the sell side. In 30 years of real estate transactions, Jen is the best agent we have ever had. Highly recommend Jen to everyone with literally no reservations!”
Jim B.
Out-of-state buyers

A home bought from a state away.

Buying a home you can’t drive past is an exercise in trust. Jen became their eyes on the ground — honest, patient, and connected enough to make the distance irrelevant.

“She helped us navigate the local market as out-of-state buyers. She was honest, practical, professional, savvy, and well-connected. She was patient with us through the learning experience of buying a home. We are delighted to recommend Jen.”
Gordon B.
Two purchases · then the whole family

First a home. Then the family followed.

Trevor bought with Jen. Then again. Then his siblings called her, then his friends. One good experience became a family’s default answer to “do you know an agent?”

“Jen has helped me with two home purchases and has also been instrumental in helping two of my siblings and a couple friends with the same — and I’ve never had a bad experience nor have they! You can’t go wrong with Jen!”
Trevor P.
The emotional side of moving

The agent who talks you off the ledge.

Nobody puts “emotional support” on a services page, but it’s half the job. Amy’s move was tough the way moves are tough — and Jen understood, listened, advocated, and followed up unasked.

“Home buying/selling is tough emotionally and she gets that. She’ll talk you off the ledge but will also listen to all your concerns and advocate for you. I don’t think I ever had to remind her about following up… she just did it. 100% recommend Jen!”
Amy F.
A fast sale · no corners cut

Quick doesn’t have to mean careless.

Angie needed to sell fast — the deadline that tempts everyone to skip steps. Jen skipped none. Same preparation, same detail, just compressed — and a better result than expected.

“Jen is masterful. She pays attention to every detail and made this process a dream. We had to sell our home quickly and she didn’t skip any steps in the process but made it better than it ever could have been.”
Angie A.
Buyers · already planning the flip side

The home they never would have found.

Jen surfaced a home the Pulsiphers say they’d never have come across on their own, met them anywhere their schedule allowed — and earned the next transaction before this one closed.

“She found a home for us that we likely would have never come across on our own… willing to meet with us anywhere/anytime… We look forward to continuing to work with her on the flip side as we sell our current home.”
JJ Pulsipher
Two purchases · competitive offers won

Getting the house, twice.

Plenty of agents can show homes; fewer consistently win them. Joseph has watched Jen do it twice — an offer that landed when it counted, then a close so clean it felt simple.

“Her ability to help us get the house was astounding and then the process to close was very simple and straightforward. We’ve used her for 2 house purchases and would use her again.”
Joseph M.
A lending professional’s pick

The insider’s choice.

Cameron works in lending — he sees agents across the closing table for a living. For his own purchase, he noticed what professionals notice: nothing slipped, ever.

“With me being a loan officer, I get to work with a lot of real estate agents, and there aren’t many out there like Jen. She answered all of my questions when I called and made sure I knew exactly what was going on throughout the transaction.”
Cameron S.
Seller · outcome & speed

The best outcome, on both clocks.

Sellers are told to pick two: price or speed. Eric’s review doesn’t pick — with Jen advising and steering, his sale landed the best outcome financially and quickly.

“Jen was professional, an expert adviser, and a good communicator. All around, she did a great job for us in helping us get the best outcome — financially and with speed.”
Eric M.
Six years between calls · same agent

Six years later, the same first call.

Jen helped the Tanners find their home six years ago. When real estate came back around in their lives, there was no search for a new agent — just the same number.

“She helped us find our home 6 years ago and was amazing then and now. I can’t believe how helpful she was throughout the entirety of the process.”
Ken T.

The Listing, Handled

What listing with Jen includes.

Not a menu of upsells — the standard of care every listing receives, presented the way a fine hotel presents its amenities: quietly, and all included.

I

Preparation & staging counsel

Room-by-room guidance before a single photo is taken, so the home shows at its honest best.

II

Editorial photography

Magazine-grade stills of the spaces that sell the home — light, finishes, and the view out the window.

III

Pricing built on evidence

A CMA argued like a thesis: comparables, absorption, and timing, explained until it makes sense.

IV

A real launch plan

MLS, print, and neighborhood reach sequenced deliberately — not posted and prayed over.

V

Negotiation, personally

Jen sits at your side of the table for every offer, every counter, every inspection response.

VI

Clients for life

Closing day is the start. Sundance passes, market check-ins, and an agent who still answers.

All of it, on every listing. No tiers, no add-ons.

Good Questions

Before you call.

Jen works across Utah County and the Wasatch Back, with closed sales in Alpine, Highland, Lehi, American Fork, Cedar Hills, Pleasant Grove, Saratoga Springs, Eagle Mountain, Orem, Provo, Draper, Bluffdale, Herriman, Mapleton, Springville, Vineyard, Heber City and beyond — plus mountain properties near Kamas and Park City.

Both. She represents buyers purchasing in Utah County and the Wasatch Back, and sellers listing everything from first homes to luxury mountain estates.

She was a teacher. That background shapes how she works — explaining the process clearly, answering questions patiently, and giving families a genuine read on school districts and neighborhoods.

Utah is a non-disclosure state. Sale prices and street addresses of sold homes are not published by the MLS, so no reputable Utah agent’s website can display them.

Jen is a Realtor with ERA Brokers Consolidated. Luxury listings are presented in association with the International Collection.
